Installation and Usage Notes

 

Before installation, disconnect the vehicle's negative battery terminal to avoid short circuit and damage to the electrical components; wait for 2-3 minutes to discharge the residual electricity in the ignition system.

Ensure the engine is completely cooled before installation to prevent scalding and avoid affecting the performance of the ignition coil's plastic and rubber parts due to high temperature.

Clean the mounting surface of the engine cylinder head and the spark plug installation port before installation, remove oil, dust and carbon deposits to ensure a tight seal and reliable contact.

When installing, align the ignition coil with the spark plug and mounting hole vertically, press it down firmly until the mounting bracket is fully attached, and then tighten the mounting bolt to the specified torque (8-10 N·m) to avoid loose installation caused by engine vibration.

After installation, reconnect the negative battery terminal, start the engine and check for abnormal conditions such as engine misfiring, idling instability and fault lights; perform a test drive to ensure the ignition coil works normally under different engine speeds.
