The two countries jointly promote the development of the two countries' intelligent network reunion car by sharing the intelligent nets and infrastructure data, improving the laws and regulations of the intelligent net, promoting the establishment of a unified international radio frequency solution, the exchange of information on the unified communication technology and interoperable solutions.
